Attorney Michael Rosenzweig was named a 2008 Pennsylvania Super Lawyer®, an honor awarded to the top five percent of state-wide lawyers. In addition, Attorney Rosenzweig has been BV Rated by Martindale-Hubbell.
Mr. Rosenzweig has been particularly successful in locating and utilizing government and industry safety codes and standards to benefit his clients. These standards have included codes for construction, OSHA and MSHA, handicapped access, storm door composition, elevators, farm machinery, and roadway design and maintenance.

Jury verdicts and settlements
Mr. Rosenzweig works hard to recover the money damages our clients deserve whether by settlements or jury verdicts. His jury verdicts include numerous six-figure jury verdicts as well as an eight figure verdict. He has successfully tried jury trials in both Pennsylvania and West Virginia.
Education and licensing
Mr. Rosenzweig graduated magna cum laude and received a Bachelor of Arts in 1981 from the University of Pittsburgh with dual major of history and political science.
In 1984, he received his Juris Doctor from the University of Pittsburgh School of Law. He is licensed to practice law in all state and federal courts of both Pennsylvania and West Virginia.

Community involvement
Attorney Rosenzweig is involved in his community through charitable contributions and by personally participating as a mentor in mock trial competitions in the North Allegheny school system, as a long-time girls youth soccer coach and team treasurer, and as a solicitor for the United Jewish Federation.
Over the years, he has served on the Board of Directors of numerous local non-profit institutions including a former Board Member of North Allegheny Soccer Club, and Ursuline Services, Inc.; a past President of Temple Ohave Shalom synagogue; and a current member of the Pittsburgh Holocaust Commission and Board of Directors of Temple Ohave Shalom Synagogue.
Attorney Rosenzweig was born and raised in the Pittsburgh PA area. He is married to another lifelong Pittsburgher and has always lived in the Pittsburgh area with his wife and 4 daughters.
