Attorney Richard Rosenthal was named a 2008 Pennsylvania Super Lawyer®, an honor awarded to the top five percent of state-wide lawyers. Attorney Rosenthal has been AV Rated by Martindale-Hubbell.
Mr. Rosenthal is a former Senior Deputy Attorney with the Tort Litigation Unit of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, Office of Attorney General. In over 25 years of practicing law, he has represented both defendants and plaintiffs. Mr. Rosenthal teaches courses to trial attorneys and engineers on identifying and handling cases involving hazards on roadways and in construction zones.
